Bradley Helms, MD

Gwen Kosevich received her bachelor's of science in nursing and her master’s of science in nursing from Metropolitan State University.

She is a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse.
She specializes in the treatment of spasticity, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, osteoporosis and stroke rehabilitation.
She is the Baclofen Pump Program coordinator at Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute at United Hospital in St. Paul.
Murali Krishnamurthy, MD
Dr. Krishnamurthy received his medical degree from Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore, India, and a masters in biomedical engineering from the University of Alabama
He completed residencies in pediatrics and physical medicine and rehabilitation and a fellowship in neuromuscular disease and brain injury at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Leisz specializes in sports injury prevention and rehabilitation; lower extremity dysfunction, including gait and balance disorders and specialty footwear prescriptions; rehabilitation for Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders; lymphedema rehabilitation; and amputee care, prosthetics and orthotics.
Joy McIver, MD
Dr. McIver completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation in 2005 and categorical internal medicine residency in 2001; both from the University of Minnesota.
